An early question many years ago was, “What is my specific calling? Am I to be a preacher who does art and design on the side, or an artist/designer who preaches from time to time?” Having settled on the latter, I have never regretted that decision.
However, since that day it has been my privilege to preach or teach in churches, and also to give presentations on design and creativity in many parts of the world. If you would like to talk about scheduling something, please let me know through the contact page. Thanks.

A FEW EXCERPTS:

“The idea of the lonely genius working behind closed doors to come up with something truly creative is a myth. It does not exist. All creativity is in some form the result of group collaboration.”

“But if we’re not made for eternity and this life here and now is all there is, then no lives matter. If we are all some cosmic accident, what’s the point? We might as well eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die.”

“I have no idea how God will provide for you in that area of your hunger, but what I do know is that he is able to do above and beyond what we can ask or imagine. He is able to provide in ways that may not be what we expect, but will be what we need and will be far better!”

“Too often religion floats on feelings or hopes. That is not enough, and people think that in order to believe you must leave your mind at the door. But there is good, sufficient reason for total confidence in the Bible. Like Job, we can KNOW.”
